Hi I'm Blake. I'm the owner of The Wholesome Habit Project, and I'll also be your coach. I'm here to support and help you create a healthy lifestyle for yourself. You may have an unhealthy relationship with food, feel like you have no control, or just want to learn how.
I studied Nutrition, Food Science, and Health Promotion at the Mississippi State University, I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and I am a Certified Precision Nutrition Coach.
Through my experiences coaching, I've realized there is a distorted narrative around health. We're obsessed with the quick fixes and have gotten away from actually taking care of ourselves. It's my mission to change that.
